My answers are in writing from the start: a one-page Showcase site from 9,900 TRY, live in 5 business days; a 5–8 page Business site from 17,500 TRY, live in 7–10. Prices exclude VAT; you get the exact figure in a written quote after we talk.

Every site includes a phone-first design, SSL, a WhatsApp button, a map and a privacy notice template. I set up or fix your Google Business Profile and link it to the site, because many customers check Maps first. The domain is registered in your name; you pay its yearly fee (roughly 75–550 TRY) directly to the registrar.

Working with a freelance web designer in İzmir

The difference from an agency is simple: the person who quotes, designs, writes the code and answers your messages after launch is the same person. There's no project manager or sales rep in between, so your question reaches the person doing the work.

The trade-off, stated plainly: I'm one person and take on a limited number of projects at a time. That's why start and delivery dates go into the quote, and if my calendar is full I say so up front. So the site never depends on one person, the domain, hosting and admin access are all handed over to you at delivery.

The most common complaints about web projects in Turkey are fully prepaid work that never ships, domains held by the agency, and nobody answering after launch. That's why we start with a 50% deposit and the remaining 50% is paid before the site goes live.

    Cafés, hairdressers, beauty salons, dental clinics and neighbourhood shops along the bazaar and seafront. Most customers come from nearby, so the map, opening hours and WhatsApp booking sit at the top. We meet at your shop and look at it through your customers' eyes.

  • Bornova

    Cafés, course centres and gyms serving students around the university; clinics and practices around the hospital. This audience searches on the phone and decides quickly: a fast, simple site that shows your services on the first screen works best.

  • Konak and Alsancak

    Restaurants, boutique hotels, craft and gift shops along the Kordon, Alsancak's streets and Kemeraltı. Foreign visitors are common here, so English menus and pages, accurate Maps details and direct booking make the difference. We meet outside service hours.

  • Buca

    Large residential areas with hairdressers, beauty salons, gyms, driving schools, estate agents and tutoring centres. Customers mostly come from the same neighbourhood; a Google Business Profile plus a one-page Showcase site is often enough to start.

  • Bayraklı

    New business towers bring company offices, consultancies, accounting firms and health centres. Visitors are often other companies, so a few corporate-looking pages with an English version work better. We can meet at your office.

Questions about web design in İzmir

How long does a website take?

The Showcase package goes live in 5 business days, the Business package in 7–10. This assumes texts and photos arrive on time.

Can we meet in person?

Yes. If you're in İzmir, we can meet at your business or a café. Video calls work just as well; the process is the same.

Do you work with clients outside İzmir?

Yes — across Turkey and abroad, online. International agencies and companies can hire me at 35–45 $/hour or per project.

Will I rank on Google for “İzmir” searches?

Nobody can honestly guarantee rankings. I build the right foundation — Google Business Profile, correct address details, a fast site and local content. Rankings come with time, reviews and content.

How much does a website cost in İzmir?

With me, a one-page site starts at 9,900 TRY, a 5–8 page business site at 17,500 TRY and a Turkish + English site at 29,900 TRY (excl. VAT). Without an upfront payment, the Monthly Site is 1,750 TRY/month. Each year only the domain fee is added; maintenance is optional.

Which districts do you visit in person?

Karşıyaka, Bornova, Konak, Buca, Bayraklı, Çiğli, Karabağlar, Gaziemir, Narlıdere and Balçova. For districts further out, we start with a video call.

Who prepares the texts and photos?

We write the texts together — you know your business best, I make it clear and simple. Photos come from you. Professional photography and logo design aren't included.
