A dental clinic website can't be built like an ordinary business site. Under the regulation published in the Official Gazette on 12 November 2025 (no. 33075), a site aimed at patients in Turkey may not show fees, discounts, campaigns or promotions, nor misleading claims such as “the best” or “guaranteed results”. Patient images need the patient's consent and must meet the regulation's conditions.
There is a health-tourism exemption, but it is narrow: the clinic needs the Ministry of Health's authorisation certificate, must publish it, and must promote through a separate, foreign-facing website in languages other than Turkish, with the HealthTürkiye logo. Whether an English section on the same domain qualifies is unclear, so I don't show prices on a clinic site's English pages either. This isn't legal advice; the dentist has the final say on all texts.
