Data controller
The data controller is Ahmet Can Işık (İzmir). Your personal data is processed in line with Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK), for the purposes below and only as far as they require. Contact: imcanisik@gmail.com
What data I process
Quote form: your name, phone number or e-mail address, sector, the package you are interested in and your message. Visit statistics: pages you view and buttons you click, your IP address anonymized by removing its last part (e.g. 88.12.34.0), approximate location based on it (city/country), browser, operating system and device type, language, screen size, time zone and the referring site. Your full IP address is not stored. I don't ask for special categories of data such as health information; please don't include them in the form. Admin panel sign-in attempts: anonymized IP, a non-reversible key derived from the full IP (used only to count attempts), approximate location, browser and operating system, the outcome and time of the attempt; the password typed is never stored.
Why I process it
Form data is used only to answer your quote request and contact you; visit statistics are used to understand which parts of the site work, improve it and prevent abuse. Your data is never added to marketing lists, sold, or used for advertising or profiling. Sign-in attempts to the admin panel are processed to protect it against unauthorized access (temporarily locking sign-in after repeated failures).
Collection method and legal basis
Data is collected automatically when you fill in the form and visit the site. Form data is processed because it is directly related to entering into a contract (KVKK Art. 5/2(c)); visit statistics rely on legitimate interest, provided it does not harm your fundamental rights (Art. 5/2(f)). Your explicit consent is therefore not requested; the checkbox only confirms that you have read this notice. Admin panel sign-in attempts also rely on legitimate interest in information security (Art. 5/2(f)).
Transfers
Your data is not shared or sold. The site runs on servers abroad operated by the infrastructure providers I use: Vercel Inc. (USA) for hosting and IP-based location, Neon Inc. for the database, and Resend (USA) for form notification e-mails. These providers process the data only to provide their service.
Retention
Quote requests that don't lead to a project are deleted automatically after 1 year and visit statistics after 13 months; anonymized IP addresses are removed after 90 days. If we work together, statutory retention periods apply to contract and invoice records. When a period ends, the data is deleted or anonymized. Records of admin panel sign-in attempts are deleted after 6 months (the anonymized IP is removed after 90 days).
Your rights and how to apply
Under KVKK Art. 11 you may learn whether your data is processed and request information about it, learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly, know the third parties it is transferred to, ask for it to be corrected, deleted or destroyed and for those parties to be notified, object to a result against you arising solely from automated analysis, and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing. Send your request to imcanisik@gmail.com; it will be answered free of charge within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with the answer, you may complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK).
When you tap a WhatsApp button you switch to the WhatsApp (Meta) app; WhatsApp's own privacy terms apply to the messages you send there.
Cookies
This site uses no advertising, tracking or analytics cookies and stores nothing in your browser to recognise you, so it doesn't ask for cookie consent. Visit statistics are measured without cookies: to tell visits on the same day apart, an irreversible identifier that changes every day is derived from the IP and browser details, and it cannot be linked to the previous day. Only strictly necessary technical data such as your language choice is used.
